Sharing Information Within the Merit Funding Group Family of Companies (as applicable)

described above, within our family of affiliated companies, if applicable. Our affiliates
may beare companies that are controlled or owned by us, or companies controlling
or under common control with our parent company. Merit Funding currently does not
have any financial affiliates, but we may share your information with non-financial
companies (such as mortgage settlement service providers).

You have the opportunity to limit the sharing of “non-experience” information
within the Merit Funding family. Such information includes information that
is used, expected to be used, or collected for the purpose of establishing your
eligibility for consumer credit (e.g., margin privileges), insurance, and related
products and services, and is not related solely to your transactions or other communications
with us. If you would prefer that we not share non-experience information within
the Merit Funding, family of companies, you may direct us not to share this information

Sharing Information Outside the Merit Funding’s Family of Companies

companies (such as mortgage lenders or brokers), non-financial companies (such as
retailers or direct marketers), or others (such as non-profit organizations).

necessary to carry out the contractual purposes, or as otherwise permitted or required
