Our Process |

At Merit Funding Group we work hard to make the loan process as simple as possible
for you. To ensure the fastest loan processing times, you'll need to gather the
following information and have it available for your loan officer. |

Purchase Transactions |
|
Along with the basic information for the application you will need: |
- Purchase Contract / Information about the property you are looking to buy
- Your last two, or if possible, three months most recent bank statements
- Any other asset information (if available)
- Income documentation (if available)
- Homeowners insurance information

Refinance Transactions |
|
Along with the basic information for the application you will need: |
- Most recent mortgage statements
- Most recent two months bank statements
- Income documentation
- Homeowners insurance information

Once you've completed the application process you'll be asked to forward the above
mentioned items to your loan officer along with any additional information or documentation
that they indicated might be needed based on your individual situation. |

Once we have received your paperwork, your loan officer will get you prequalified
and then contact you with loan options, rate and term information. |
|
Together we will decide on the program that best suits your particular needs and
requirements, we'll submit your file for the underwriting and final approval. When
this process is complete you'll be ready to sign loan documents. |
